Why We Do What We Do

We started creating content in 2017 because we were tired of the men's content available to us. Everything was about six-pack abs, fast cars, and sex appeal. 

We wanted content that spoke to men of different experiences: Fat men, thin men, trans men, cis men, queer men, straight men, wealthy men, low-income men, and everybody in between. 

In particular, we wanted to put a focus on living healthy lives regardless of the resources available to you. That's why we create content focused on fitness, mental health, sexual health, confidence, and style. 

In all of our content, we are committed to:

  • Inclusivity
  • Actionable insights
  • Fighting disinformation
  • Helping today's men embrace healthy masculinity

Our founder, Blake Reichenbach, is an ISSA-certified personal trainer and ICF-trained life coach, and all of the content we publish is designed and reviewed to live up to the high standards of these organizations.
